MAMERTINO ROSSO DOC 0,750

A name that has its roots in antiquity, when the proud Mamertini people produced this wine in Mylae (Milazzo), described by Pliny and loved by Julius Caesar. Nero d'Avola and Nocera, aged for 12 months in 25 hl barrels. The small winery is located a few steps from the sea and is surrounded by spectacular vineyards planted by us on the promontory of Capo Milazzo. The Barone Lucifero Foundation, which owns the land, benefits from part of the proceeds from the sale of the wines, thus financing socio-cultural and welfare activities for local children, which take place right here in La Baronia.
