It was created as a classic “second wine” from vineyards that, despite being located in the valleys surrounding the Buonivini Winery, do not meet the standards for Santa Cecilia. These are the lowest parts of the valleys, where the fruit prevails over the balsamic notes typical of Nero d'Avola on the limestone of Noto. .
